Obituary
George Walter Craddock, Jr., 64, died Wednesday, August 19, 2015, in Norfolk. Born in Portsmouth, Va., on November 22, 1951, he was the son of Maude Chernault Craddock of Lynchburg and the late George W. Craddock, Sr.
He is survived by a brother, Charles E. Craddock of Lynchburg; a sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Darryl "Butch" Lyons; and a nephew, Michael Lyons all of Plano, Texas.
A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, August 24, at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Brian Seay.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Hope House Foundation, 801 Boush St. #302, Norfolk, VA 23501.
