Frances Jakubowski Webb
April 3, 1921 – June 12, 2012
With all our love and honor we celebrate our mother's passing, on June 12, 2010, to be present with the Lord. Frances lived for 89 years enjoying her flowers, quilting, homemaking and family. She took pride in her heritage and being the daughter of Mikolap Jakubowski and Oleszka Kulasa, and the sister of Annie Cope and Nellie Filipeck who survive their sister, as she joins Steve, Rosie, Katie, and Charlie for eternity. She was a wonderful friend and wife to Robert Webb, and hopefully they are tending God's gardens as you read.
We: Carolyn, Donald, Kristie, Gus, Kelli, Peyton, and Sadie Edwards, Susan, Rickie, Robert, and Mollie Cornelius, Nancy and Sara Edwards, and John, Cathy, Michael, Steven, and Nettie Jo Webb have traveled with our mother through her life and through the valley of Alzheimer's and praise God for the times He carried us and for His guidance.
Graveside funeral will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 19, 2010, in the Webb Family Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1022 Commerce Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504.
