Frances Wilson Green, 66, of Sackett Street, Lynchburg, died Thursday, August 10, 2017. She was the wife of the late Leonard Green.

Born in Appomattox, August 25, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Dorothy Kress and Daniel Milton Wilson, Sr. She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy of Lynchburg. Frances was a member of the loyal order of the Moose Lodge #715 Lynchburg, Va.

She is survived by two brothers, Floyd W. Wilson and wife, Barbara and Sammy E. Wilson and wife, Susan all of Lynchburg; one sister, Shirley Ann Johnson and husband, Jesse of Appomattox.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Daniel Milton Wilson, Jr. and Eugene Conway Wilson; four sisters, Lula McFadden, Betty Kershner, Ella Carter and Elizabeth Ramsey.

A memorial service will be held 6 p.m., Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Heart of Worship Ministries with Pastor Pete McDaniel officiating.
