Obituary

Appomattox: Fay Dare Dieterich, 89, formerly of Safety Harbor, FL and Bethesda, MD, died Thursday, May 24, 2007 in Avante of Lynchburg. She was the wife of the late Philip A. Dieterich, Sr.
Born in Jerseyville, Illinois, September 1, 1917, she was the daughter of the late John A. Dare and Eliza Eleanor Stamps Dare. Fay was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church and a retired realtor.
She is survived by a daughter, the Rev. Susan D. Holland and her husband, John Ivey of Appomattox; three granddaughters and two great granddaughter, Amy Dare Oliver and her husband, Kevin and their daughters, Emily Claire and Anna Grace all of Lexington, SC, Clare G. Gregory and her husband, Scott of Evans, GA and Susan J. Parrish of Richmond.
She was preceded in death by a son, Philip A. Dieterich, Jr.
A memorial prayer service will be held 4:30 pm, Sunday, May 27, 2007, at Robinson Funeral Home by the Rev. Bruce Johnson with visitation following the service until 6:00 pm.
Graveside funeral services will be held in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, Clearwater, FL.
