Elsie Roach Finch, 88 of Chandlers Fork Road, Charlotte Court House, died Friday, September 4, 2020.  She was the wife of the late William H. Finch.

Born in Pamplin, June 29, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Clara D. and Willie A. Roach.

She is survived by one son, Doug Finch and wife, Marjorie of Charlotte County; two sisters, Evelyn Taylor of Pamplin and Gladys Locks of Macon, GA; one granddaughter, Erin Finch (Jeff Scruggs); one great-grandson, Noah Harris; as well as nieces and nephews and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Carlton (Billy) Roach.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery in Charlotte Court House with Pastor Philip Hong officiating.

Mrs. Finch will be available for viewing on Tuesday, September 8, from 9 am until 5 pm at Robinson Funeral Home.
