Obituary
Sybil Elizabeth Peck Miles, 65, of Little Cub Rd., Pamplin, died Wednesday, August 14, 2013, in Farmville, VA. She was the wife of the late Leon Earl Miles.
Born in Ohio, on March 4, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Sybil Taylor and David Peck. Beth was a member of Appomattox Seventh-day Adventist Church and the P.A.C.E. group.
Beth is survived by her daughter, Cyndi Miles and partner, Shilo Cage; two grandchildren, Edward and Benjamin Long; Leon's children and grandchildren, Gloria McAdams, Robert Miles and his wife Dorothy, Marlyn Perez and her husband Rick, Gary Miles (deceased); six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Davina Culver; half siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 19, 2013, at Robinson Funeral Home by Pastor Mike Hewitt. Interment will be in Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia.
The family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home on Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
