Obituary
Elfriede Erna Gertrud Krause Boewer, 94, of Green Acres Lane, Gladstone, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011, in Heritage Green. Born in Breslau, Germany, on January 9, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Wilhelm and Anna Schiege Krause and the wife of the late Otto Boewer. She was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a son, Manfred W. Boewer of Gladstone.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 7, 2011, at Robinson Funeral Home by the Father Jim Gallagher with burial following in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. before the service.
The family appreciates the care given to Elfriede by the staff of Appomattox Health and Rehabilitation Center and the staff of Heritage Green.
She is survived by a son, Manfred W. Boewer of Gladstone.
