Edna Riley Dickerson, 97, of Pamplin passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Runk and Pratt at Liberty Ridge. She was the wife of the late William Merton Dickerson, Jr.

Born on December 21, 1927, in Alexandria, VA she was the daughter of the late Thomas Alva Edison Riley and Edna May Ellers Riley. She was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Gary Dickerson; two grandsons, Drew Dickerson and Chris and Angie Dillon and their sons, Adam, Zach, and Nate Dillon; two daughters-in-law, Marie Milton and Debbie Dillon.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Mark Dillon and John Dillon; a grandson, Nick Dillon; and daughter-in-law, Nadine Dickerson.

A funeral service will be held 2pm, Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Spring Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Paul McLinden and Pastor Dennis Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1pm to 1:45pm before the service in the church.
