Obituary
Douglas Montgomery Crichton, 72, of Morning Star Road, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017. He was the loving husband of Rochelle "Shelley" Crichton.
Born in Norfolk, February 11, 1944, he was a son of the late Evelyn Tyree and Alexes Crichton. Douglas was a retired truck driver with XpedX.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Crystal Cowart of Appomattox and Kimberly Booth of FL; two brothers-in-law, Shane Brooks and wife, Donna of NC, and Scott Brooks of GA; one sister, Carolyn Willette of FL; six grandchildren, Cameron Cowart, Colbey Cowart, Colin Cowart, Kay Eubank and husband, Chris, Skyler Booth and Brock Booth; one niece, Leighanne Rainey; and one nephew, Bruce Willette.
He was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Scott Booth.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
