Dorothy Page Harrison

Dorothy Page Harrison, 86, of Rustburg, VA, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Tate Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center. She passed peacefully at the nursing home after a prolonged battle with an illness supported by hospice during her final days. She was the loving wife of the late Ralph Whitmore Harrison.

Born in Appomattox, VA, on October 6, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Virginia Lucado and George Washington Page. Dorothy retired after many years at Ericcson. She and Ralph spent over 60 years on their farm working together. Dorothy enjoyed being outdoors, flowers, and her beloved grandkids.

She is survived by two daughters, Shelby Litchford and husband, Allen, and Lisa R. Robinson; four grandchildren, Gregory A. “Greg” Litchford, Jennifer D. “Jenny” Litchford, Roger D. “R.D.” McAllister, Elizabeth P. “Page” Glavas; five great-grandchildren, Ayden Almanza, Nolan Litchford, Cole Litchford, Xander Glavas, and Remington McAllister; two siblings, Annie Steele and David “Frog” Page; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by seven siblings, Lucille Durie, George “Mick” Page, Thomas Lewis Page, Glenwood Ned Page, Janie Martin, Clyde Spencer Page, and Richard Page.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Red Oak Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Bobby Harrison.
