Donald Leon Baldwin, 78, of Wood Row Road, Pamplin, died Saturday, July 24, 2021 at his residence.  He was the husband of Florence Watson Baldwin.

Born in Lynchburg, December 14, 1942, he was a son of the late Annie Goin and Cavil Caleb Baldwin.  Donald was a member of Elon Baptist Church and retired from Babcock and Wilcox.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Donna Gail Duncan of Appomattox, Pete Baldwin and wife, Shelia of Pamplin and Dewitt Baldwin and wife, Mary of Concord; two brothers, Sam Baldwin and wife, Barbara of Pamplin and Bobby Baldwin and wife, Margaret of Emporia; one sister, Betty Hodges of Evergreen.

He was preceded in death by one son, Cavil Baldwin.

A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Pamplin Cemetery with Rev. David Sexton officiating.
