Obituary
Debra Kalin Adkins, 72, of Concord passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of Robert A. "Bob" Adkins.
Born on February 18, 1953, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Phillip Kalin and Faye Linkenhoker Kalin. Debbie and Bob attend Hebron Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Shelly Kidd Ragland and husband, Robert of Schuylar; grandson, Larrs Ragland; and sister, Pamela Kalin of Richmond.
