Darlene Fitzgerald Clark, 74, of Stage Road, Concord, died Saturday, May 22, 2021.  She was the wife of William Clark.

Born in South Boston, January 6, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Katherine Fitzgerald and Carson Anderson. She was a very active member of Berean Baptist Church and a member of Concord Volunteer Fire Department auxiliary.  Darlene loved to work with flowers, crafts and made beautiful arrangements.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a step-son, Gary Clark and wife, Martha; one sister-in-law, Catherine Fitzgerald; two grandchildren William "Will" Clark and Mary Clark; two nephews, Brian Fitzgerald and Paul Fitzgerald; and one niece Michelle Wooten.

She was preceded in death by her brother, David Fitzgerald.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Berean Baptist Church with Pastor Kirk Parker officiating,  Burial will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Monday, May 24, 2021 at Robinson Funeral Home.
