Obituary
Daisy Mayberry Mann, 87, of Salem Road, Appomattox, died Friday, May 12, 2017, at Westminster Canterbury. She was the wife of the late William Rouse Mann.
Born in Appomattox County, Va., on December 28, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Jannie Mayberry and Willis Harrison Mayberry. She was a member of Freedom Word Church and retired from General Electric.
She is survived by two sisters, Nancy Goin and Joyce Eagle both of Spout Spring and a beloved niece, Jane Bailey.
She was preceded in death by a son, Harry E. Mann and six brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2017, at Robinson Funeral Home by the Rev. Greg Mayhorne. Burial will follow in Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
