Obituary
Carole Jean Nelson, 84, of Woodchuck Drive, Appomattox, died, Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donn Edwin Nelson.
Born in Illinois, January 7, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Bulow and Carvel Berkshire.
She is survived by three children, Kenn Edwin Nelson and wife, Elizabeth, and Donn Edwin Nelson and wife, Elizabeth all of Michigan and Nancy Moore of Appomattox; one grandson, Nelson F. Moore of Appomattox; and one sister-in-law, Sharon Berkshire and her family of North Carolina.
A burial will be held at a later date in Chicago.
