Obituary
Carole Myers Llewellyn, 69, of Lynchburg, died Saturday afternoon, March 20, 2010 in Appomattox Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Richard Llewellyn.
Born in Lynchburg, November 13, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Howard Shelton and Marjorie Fortune Myers. She was a member of College Hill Baptist Church where she served as church secretary for many years.
Survivors include her son, Jeff Llewellyn, Lynchburg; a daughter, Beverly L. George and her husband Keith, Farmville; brother, Howard (H.S.) Myers, Jr. and his wife, Hilda, Lynchburg; two grandchildren, Brandon George and Amber George.
Preceding her in death were a son and daughter, Steven Llewellyn and Debbie Llewellyn.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday March 25, 2010 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Roanoke with the Rev. Andy Grose officiating.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Appomattox Health and Rehabilitation Center for the love, care, and concern shown to them and their mother during this difficult time of life.
