Carlton Wade (BoBo) Moore, 48, of Warwick St., Madison Heights, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010 in Lynchburg General Hospital. Born in Lynchburg, on January 20, 1962, he was the son of Julia Wooldridge Moore of Madison Heights and the late Joseph Cade Moore. BoBo had a positive influence on everyone he met. He loved people, children, trains, John Denver music, and good food.
In addition to his mother he is survived by five brothers, Calvin D. Moore, Steven W. Moore and wife, Barbara, Kenneth L. Moore, Bernard A. Moore all of Madison Heights and Charles (C. T.) Moore and wife, Jennifer of Amherst; two nephews, Joseph and Christian Moore; two nieces, Sharon Ware and Sarah Moore; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins including a special and loving aunt, Barbara Downey.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Ruth Moore.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am, Friday, July 9, at Robinson Funeral Home by the Pastor Mark Almond with burial in the Moore Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 7-8:30 pm and other times at the residence.
