Obituary
Calvin Lewis (Buddy) Honaker, IV, 52, of Amherst, passed away July 9, 2008 in UVA Medical Center.
Born in Lynchburg, February 18, 1956, he was a son of the late Calvin Lewis Honaker, III and Evelyn Louise McCormick Honaker. Calvin was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church and a logger.
He is survived by three daughters, Karen Honaker of Gladys, Tiffany Honaker of Nathalie and Laurie Dudley and husband, Tommy of Rustburg; a brother, Mark Honaker and wife, Delores of Gladstone; two sisters, Marcia Bryant and husband, Bernard of Appomattox and Gwen Moses and husband, John of Winginia and five grandchildren, Dylan, Ethan, Tyler, Josh, and Lillie.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Faye Honaker and Lana Louise Honaker.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Robinson Funeral Home by the Rev. Beverly Cunningham with burial following in the McCormick Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 7-8:30 p.m. and at other times at the home of his sister, Marcia Bryant, 526 Richwood Estate Rd.
