Obituary
Charles Dudley Hill, Jr., 60, of Lee Grant Ave., Appomattox, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at his residence. Born in Lynchburg, VA on December 21, 1951, he was a son of the late Frances Cralle and Charles Dudley Hill, Sr.
Dudley was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and a 1969 graduate of Appomattox High School. In 1973, he received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Richmond.
He is survived by his daughter, Kristina Elizabeth Hill of Alexandria, VA; his sister, Jane Kelly and her husband, Tom of Appomattox; and his beloved canine companion, Eddie.
A memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 13, 2012, at Appomattox Anglican Church by Father Rodney Longmire. Although he was a member of Liberty Baptist Church his wishes were to have a service held at his mother's church.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to a charity of your choice.
