Byron Lee Jamerson, 21, of 9383 Red House Road, Appomattox, died Saturday, March 3, 2007.
Born in Lynchburg, March 14, 1985, he was a son of Phillip Clifton Jamerson and Colette Ives Migliozzi. Byron was a 2003 graduate of Albermarle High School, attended Emory Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL, and was employed by J. E. Jamerson and Sons, Inc.
In addition to his parents, Phillip and Terry Hall Jamerson of Appomattox and Colette Ives and Tom M. Migliozzi of Jacksonville, FL, he is survived by one brother, William Trevor Jamerson of Blacksburg; two sisters, Brittney Diane Jamerson of Grand Forks, ND and Melissa Anne Jamerson of Jacksonville, FL; grandparents, William E. and Ellen P. Jamerson of Appomattox, Dean and Diane Ives of Virginia Beach, Robert and Verona Hall of Martinsville, and Skip and Jean Migliozzi of Pompano Beach, FL; aunts and uncles including, Ed Jamerson and Susan McCormick of Old Saybrook, CT, Stacie and Paul Comartis of Virginia Beach, Jonathan and Robin Morgan of Atlanta, GA, Mark and Debra Migliozzi of Pittsburg, PA, Tony and Joan Migliozzi of Union, KY, and Cris Zanders of Port Canaveral, FL
A celebration of the lives of Byron and his best friend, Ed Cunningham will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, March 8, 2007 in the Appomattox County High School Auditorium, officiated by the Rev. Wes Williams. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:45 pm and again following the service.
