Obituary
Brian Lee Jamerson, 26, of Oakville Rd., died Saturday, July 25, 2009. Born in Lynchburg, August 10, 1982, he was a son of Deborah Phelps Jamerson of Appomattox and the late Michael Kent Jamerson.
Brian was employed by Evergreen Basement Systems and a member of Red Oak Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a son, Bryan Patrick Jamerson; sister, Jennifer Jamerson-Scruggs; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas Kent Jamerson and Kristy Blankenship; niece, Alexis Scruggs all of Appomattox; three nephews, Blake Scruggs of Appomattox, Thomas K. Jamerson, Jr., and Jesse Jamerson both of Concord; grandparents, Audrey Phelps and the late Everette Phelps of Appomattox and the late Thomas Cole and Ruth Dickerson Jamerson of Pamplin; devoted girlfriend, Katrina Hutton; a special aunt, Sylvia Phelps and special uncle, Wayne Phelps.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 29, 2009 in Red Oak Baptist Church by the Rev. Tom Barker with burial following in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home Tuesday from 7-8:30 pm and at other times at residence.
