Bonnie Gaye Mann Maxwell, 56, of Red House Rd., Appomattox died Friday, November 13, 2015, at the home of her sister. She was the wife of Robert Allen Maxwell.

Born in Lynchburg, Va., on March 13, 1959, she was a daughter of the late Alice Elizabeth Womack Mann and Louis Wiley Mann. She was a member of Bethel Bible Church and a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert Joseph (Bobby) and Allison Maxwell; a granddaughter, Peyton Elizabeth Maxwell; a sister, Alice Faye Doss; two brothers, Earl Mann and wife, Frankie and J. D. Mann all of Appomattox; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.

She was preceded in death by five brothers, Wiley, Jerry, Irvin, Wilson, and Lee Mann and two sisters, Nora Mae Mann and Norma Kay Newman.

Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at Robinson Funeral Home by Pastor Orville Gregory. Burial will follow in Pamplin Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home on Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
