Bettie Anderson Srougi, 80, of Lynchburg, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, May 22, 2025. She was the loving wife of Michael Elias Srougi.

Born in South Boston, VA, on June 17, 1944, Bettie was the daughter of the late Dean Anderson and Eugenia Landrum Anderson. She was a devoted member of Timberlake Christian Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children, DiDi Srougi Templeman and her husband, James Templeman II, of Richmond, and David Srougi and his wife, Lisa, of Lynchburg. She is also lovingly remembered by her four grandchildren, Trip Templeman III, Claire Templeman Mace and her husband, John, Victoria Srougi, and Michael Srougi.

A Celebration of Life service will be held by Rev. Ben Moore at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Timberlake Christian Church, 20261 Lynchburg Hwy., Lynchburg. A private family burial will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 26, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home, 667 Court Street, Appomattox.
