Bentley Dale Kerr, the precious infant son of Maghan Hopkins and Travis Kerr, was born on March 6, 2016 in Virginia Baptist Hospital and for 11 days he was deeply loved by his family. It was with heavy hearts that they had to say goodbye on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at UVA Medical Center.

In addition to his parents he is survived by two brothers, Tanner Kerr and Greyson Kerr; grandparents, Roy and Cindy Hopkins, Jackie Kerr, and Beverley Thompson; great grandmothers, Joanne O'Brien, Dot Hopkins, Shirley Kerr, and Bettie Shrum; aunts, Kaitlyn Hopkins with Brett Dill and Jennifer Sale and husband, Brandon; uncle, Frank Goff and wife, Erika; and numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Evergreen Baptist Church by Dr. Chris King with burial following in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church at 2 p.m. until time of service.
