Obituary
Arthur Ray Blackwell, 66, of Snapps Mill Rd., Spout Spring, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, in Lynchburg General Hospital. Born in Lynchburg, on September 22, 1943, he was a son of the late Arthur Allen and Inez Giles Blackwell.
He is survived by his brother, Charles T. Blackwell and a niece, Jill Lynn Blackwell both of Spout Spring.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, May 15, 2010, in Liberty Cemetery by the Rev. Gene Beverly.
