Anthony Wayne "Tony" Burnett, 64, of Lynchburg, died Thursday, November 3, 2022.

Born in Lynchburg, December 29, 1957, he was a son of Patricia Smith Casey and the late James Perroneau Burnett. Tony worked for Stackhouse Inc. as a lineman and also worked as a welder. Tony loved his dog Harley, enjoyed Martial Arts, and was an avid reader.

He is survived by two sisters, Lisa Ann Childress, husband Bennie of Phenix, Stephanie Cannon, husband, Joe; one brother, Chris Casey both of Lynchburg; nephew, Brian Smith; nieces, Samena Falwell, Catie Crank, and Lindsey Watts; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Perry and Mark Burnett; and his stepfather, Chuck Casey.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
