Annie Robertson Goodrich, 89, of Appomattox, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008 in Heritage Green. Twice married, her first husband was the late John C. Harvey and her second husband, the late Leslie B. Goodrich.
Born in Appomattox Co, September 8, 1919, she was a daughter of the late North and Ruth Coleman Robertson. She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church and retired as a supervisor after 40 years of service with Appomattox Garment Co. and Courtland Manufacturing.
She is survived by three devoted sisters; Roberta Coleman and her husband, Kyle, Appomattox and their children, Warren and Joan; Elizabeth Quinn, Appomattox, and her children, Patrick and Michael; and Eulelia Evans and her husband, Buddy, Charlottesville, and their children, Stephen, David and Sheila; two step-children, Carroll Goodrich and his wife Joanne, Appomattox and their children, Brian, Brent and Beth; Judy G. Brenner and her husband, Rich, Greensboro, NC, and their children, Leslie and Shawn.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008 at Robinson Funeral Home, by the Rev. Bruce Johnson, with burial in Liberty Cemetery.
