Obituary
Anna Bell Robinson Hargis, 62, of Russell Street, Lynchburg, died Friday, August 5, 2016, at Lynchburg General Hospital. Born in Lynchburg, Va., on December 27, 1953, she was a daughter of Anna Bell Tyree Gregory and the late John Nowlin Robinson.
In addition to her mother she is survived by a son, Phillip L. Hargis, Jr. and wife, Shannon of Appomattox; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Hargis and fiancé, David Grant, Macee Hargis, and Chase Hargis; a beloved future grandson, Devyn Grant; two sisters, Beverley R. Barricks and Jackie Lynn Robinson; and three brothers, John Nowlin Robinson, Jr., Wayne Robinson, and Brandon Nowlin Robinson and wife, Donna.
A memorial service will be held 7 p.m., Tuesday, August 9, 2016, in Robinson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center, Centra Foundation, 1920 Ather
