Angel Lynn Seay

Angel Lynn Seay, 19 of Appomattox, died Friday, January 23, 2026.

Born on March 23, 2006, in Lynchburg, VA, she was the oldest child of Tiffany Phelps Seay and Steve E. Seay, Jr. She was a graduate of Appomattox County High School and the night manager at Dairy Queen.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Amber Seay and Aime Seay; grandparents, Thelma and Steve Seay; aunts, Carolyn Parker and Dolly Jackson and husband, Larry; her closest friends, Briana Wilmouth, Mihailey Vaughan, Aaiden Boisey, Devyn Grant, Cadyn Elliott; her Dairy Queen family; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Irma and Frank Phelps and aunts, Lisa Ellis and Tina Nichols.

The family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 6 pm until 8 pm.
